You may revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without stating reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or \u2013 if the item is provided to you before the deadline \u2013 by returning the item. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before the goods have been received by the recipient and not before we have fulfilled our information obligations pursuant to Art. 246 \u00a7 2 in conjunction with \u00a7 1 (1) and (2) EGBGB, and not before we have fulfilled our obligations pursuant to \u00a7 312e (1) sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Art. 246 \u00a7 3 EGBGB. Timely dispatch of the cancellation or the item is sufficient to meet the cancellation deadline.

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThere are legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal (\u00a7 312d paragraph 4 BGB). We assert the following exceptions: custom-made products, special custom-made products, individual custom-made products, cut goods, fabric by the meter. We ask you to note the separate return regulations for goods from the manufacturers Leitner Leinen, Christian Fischbacher, Schlossberg, Peter Reed, Vieb\u00f6ck, Alfred Collection, Genix, Graser and Pfeiler, parts of the collection from Libeco, Hoffmann and Schlitzer Leinen. The product description indicates that the products from these manufacturers are individual custom-made products. Goods from these manufacturers are produced to customer order and have a delivery time of 3 to 30 days. The goods are custom-made for the respective customer upon order and are individually cut. Due to the custom production and individual cutting, these fabrics and other fabrics with a cut of more than 1.5 meters in width or with a standing hem are excluded from return if they are “not liked”. Consequences of Withdrawal <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIn the event of an effective withdrawal, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g., interest) surrendered. If you are unable to return the received service in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you may have to compensate us for the value. Otherwise, you can avoid the obligation to compensate for a deterioration caused by the proper use of the item by not using the item as your property and refraining from anything that impairs its value. Items that can be sent by parcel post are to be returned at our risk. You must bear the costs of the return if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered and if the price of the returned item does not exceed 600 Euros, or if, at the time of withdrawal, you have not yet provided the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment for an item of higher price. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you. Items that cannot be sent by parcel post will be collected from you. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days.
