Hefel Textil is living awareness for natural sleep <\/strong><\/h2>

One thing is crucial for Hefel Bettwaren <\/a>Textil: whether you are a manufacturer or a consumer, the responsible use of natural resources is becoming increasingly important. This is the only way to protect the quality of life for future generations. Hefel Textil takes this responsibility seriously \u2013 out of conviction. The long-established company already promotes social and cooperative interaction within the company. The production processes are also gentle and careful. They are regularly further developed with this goal in mind. However, at Hefel, the actual awareness of sustainability and nature conservation begins at the source \u2013 with the raw materials. The bedding company also pays attention to a fourth aspect: avoiding unnecessary transport routes. This is why Hefel Textil is the only bedding manufacturer in the world that produces duvets for linen bedding entirely in-house \u2013 from the duvet fabric and filling material to the final production. The savings in fossil fuels achieved by reducing transport routes make an important contribution to climate protection. The overall concept in the production processes allows the company to guarantee its customers 100% sustainability. Anyone who uses bedding from Hefel Textil can sleep soundly with a clear conscience. <\/p>

Bedding made from 100% natural raw materials for restful sleep<\/h2>

Hefel Textil uses the best raw materials to manufacture natural bedding. On the one hand, natural fibers from renewable plants are used, such as bamboo or cotton. On the other hand, natural hair from wild animals such as cashmere goats or camels is used. During the annual moulting season, the animals shed their winter coats, which are then carefully collected by humans. Fair and equitable remuneration for this work is a matter of course for Hefel Textil.
As early as 1992, Hefel Textil was a pioneer in environmental protection, launching \u201cnaturo-line,\u201d the first collection without bleaching agents or dyes. In 1996, the bedding manufacturer integrated cotton from certified organic cultivation (kbA) into its range and launched it on the market under the \u201cOrganic Cotton\u201d label. With TENCEL\u00ae, Hefel Textil developed its first own fiber product of the highest sustainable quality in 1998. TENCEL\u00ae consists of 100% natural wood fiber and can be used for both fabrics and fillings. The TENCEL fiber has received various environmental awards as a raw fiber and in its processed state. These include the \u201cEuropean Eco-Label\u201d for sustainable and environmentally friendly products and the \u201cPEFC\u201d \u2013 an award for sustainable forest management. <\/p>

Social interaction with 100% sustainable production<\/h3>

Hefel Textil is responsible for all stages of production, enabling it to independently monitor environmentally friendly and resource-saving manufacturing processes. All natural fibers are delivered in a pure and natural state. Processing takes place in Schwarzach, Austria. This is where Hefel has its own weaving mill, which produces fabric of the finest quality. It is used as the outer material for TENCEL\u00ae bedding. The duvet filling is produced in Kefermarkt. This town in Upper Austria is home to Hefel’s quilt factory, surrounded by the natural beauty of the M\u00fchlviertel region. The natural fibers are processed exclusively mechanically and with a high air supply to create soft pile layers with optimum loft. No chemicals or heat processes are used. The final production of the duvets is carried out with careful and elaborate handwork. This results in excellent products of the highest quality and goes hand in hand with modern workplaces in a social and responsible environment. <\/p>

Out of responsibility for the future \u2013 100% Made in Austria production<\/h3>

All production steps\u2014weaving, carding (fleece production), and the complete manufacture of quilts and pillows\u2014take place 100% in Austria. This means 100% added value for fair, social working conditions and environmentally friendly production facilities. Hefel Textil offers bedding with OEKOTEX certification. All of its products are manufactured in accordance with Austrian environmental guidelines. That is sustainability \u2013 and Hefel Textil lives it.
