This is what the designer says: &#8220;Simplicity &#8211; that could be the motto of the new winter collection. It brings us pure materials, an industrial style and a restrained color palette. It takes its name from Frans Tack, a flax farmer with heart and soul, who allowed us to put this collection in the right light. Frans Tack has worked with flax all his life. His farm is very close to our weaving mill, in the heart of the Flemish flax region. We were allowed to photograph this collection there, among the still existing flax retting mills and warehouses.&#8221;<br \/>\nThe collection brings us pure materials, an industrial style and a restrained color palette. This striped bed linen in medium-weight, tightly woven twill in shades of black and sand goes perfectly with the Santiago &#8220;White Sand&#8221; bed linen and the Libeco plaids. Certified by the environmental institute GOTS, Libeco produces this collection in the most environmentally friendly and socially responsible way possible.   <\/p>\n<h3>European organic linen<\/h3>\n<p>Linen bed linen allows the skin to breathe better. When it comes to our skin, linen is the perfect fabric. Due to its long, smooth fibers, linen absorbs a lot of moisture and repels dirt.   Linen is an intelligent fabric because linen balances out temperatures. Linen ensures a pleasant coolness in summer and creates cozy warmth in winter. The long linen fibers ensure that linen bed linen stays fresh for much longer. The linen fabric has been treated purely mechanically and is therefore very soft and skin-friendly. Linen treated in this way creases less and retains the naturalness and all the advantages of linen. Libeco is convinced of organic linen and unconditional sustainability in all stages of production, so the creation of certified linen bed linen according to the GOTS standard in the Heritage collection was a logical next step.     <\/p>\n<h3>The Weaving Mill<\/h3>\n<p>In 2006, <a href=\"https:\/\/linen.eu\/brand\/libeco\/\">Libeco<\/a> received a knighthood from the Belgian royal family: &#8220;Belgian Royal Warrant Holder&#8221; is the impressive recognition of the quality of this bed linen. The &#8220;Belgian Linen&#8221; seal of quality is the guarantee of a quality product in accordance with all the rules of sustainable management.  All Libeco fabrics bear the coveted &#8220;Masters of Linen&#8221; label. We can produce other individual special sizes on request.<br \/>\nMade in Belgium.  <\/p>\n<h3>Care Instructions<\/h3>\n<p>Colored linen can be washed up to 60\u00b0, white up to 95\u00b0. As with all materials, linen will last longer if washed at a lower temperature. What linen does not tolerate are detergents with optical brighteners, they bleach out the natural colors and the fabric becomes light Wrinkling: Linen needs sufficient residual moisture so that it does not wrinkle so much. Do not overload the machine so that the fabric can move, do not spin linen too hard or for too long. If you want to iron linen, iron the garments on the hot setting of your iron when they are still a little damp. Even if it is convenient: avoid drying linen in the dryer.
