“Luc Linen-Wool Mix by Libeco”<\/h2>\n

The Luc Linen-Wool Mix by Libeco features a dark grey base with stripes in broken white and copper.
\nThe designer says: “The natural pigments range from green to gold, brown and red. Just like linen colours, they are absolutely unique. Countless images of these warm hues were my inspiration for this collection \u2013 Uncommon Ground. The full, bold colours combined with natural fibres such as flax\/linen and wool led to a particularly colourful, vibrant collection. The bed and breakfast in Bruges where we took the photos seemed made for it. Our beautiful model Marie was supported by the house dog: Pickles!”<\/p>\n

European Organic Linen<\/h3>\n

Linen bed linen lets your skin breathe better. When it comes to our skin, linen is the perfect fabric. Thanks to its long, smooth fibres, linen absorbs a great deal of moisture and repels dirt. Linen is an intelligent fabric because it regulates temperature. Linen provides pleasant coolness in summer and cosy warmth in winter. The long linen fibres ensure that linen bed linen stays fresh much longer. The linen fabric has been treated purely mechanically, making it very supple and kind to the skin. Linen treated in this way creases less while preserving its natural quality and all the advantages of linen. Libeco is committed to organic linen and uncompromising sustainability in every step of production, and the creation of GOTS-certified linen bed linen in the Heritage collection was a logical next step.<\/p>\n

The Weaving Mill<\/h3>\n

Libeco<\/a> received the accolade of the Belgian Royal House in 2006: “Belgian Royal Warrant Holder” is the impressive recognition of the quality of these textiles. The “Belgian Linen” quality seal guarantees a quality product made according to the highest standards of sustainable business. All fabrics by Libeco carry the coveted “Masters of Linen” label. Care<\/h3>\n

Coloured linen can be washed at up to 60\u00b0C, white linen at up to 95\u00b0C. As with all materials, the same applies to linen: washing at lower temperatures extends its life. Linen does not tolerate detergents with optical brighteners, as they strongly bleach the natural colours and the fabric becomes pale. Creasing: linen needs sufficient residual moisture to prevent excessive creasing. Do not overload the machine so the fabric can move freely, and do not spin linen too hard or too long. If you wish to iron linen, iron the pieces on the hot linen setting of your iron while they are still slightly damp. Even if it is convenient, avoid tumble-drying linen.
