Shipping & Payment Terms
Shipping within Germany:
For deliveries within Germany, we charge a shipping fee of 12.00 Euros.
Shipping is free for orders over 150.00 Euros.
We ship our packages with UPS. Delivery to a DHL Packstation is also possible.
For partial deliveries, we only charge the shipping fee once. Shopping vouchers are shipped free of charge.
Shipping to Switzerland:
Our Swiss customers can now choose from 3 shipping options.
1. Simple Swiss Delivery (DAP). You place an order, and we send you the goods untaxed and without VAT. You are responsible for Swiss VAT and customs duties.
2. Switzerland to go. Simplified shipping to Switzerland (UPS). We handle Swiss VAT and customs duties for you. The German VAT of 19% is waived for you. Your invoice will then include 7.7% Swiss VAT and 4.5% customs duties. Additionally, there is a 29.60 Euro customs handling fee charged by our delivery service UPS. After payment to us, you will not receive any further invoices from Swiss government agencies. This function is integrated into the payment process.
3. Schwyz a Schwyz. If you order goods from Christian Fischbacher or Schlossberg, they will be dispatched directly to you from Switzerland, including 7.7 percent VAT.
Shipping to Switzerland costs 40.40 Euros. For orders over 1,200 Euros, we deliver to Switzerland free of charge.
Shipping to European countries (EU) costs 32.00 Euros. For orders over 1,200 Euros, we do not charge shipping costs for your delivery. For countries outside the EU, please contact us, and we will determine the most cost-effective shipping method for you.

You can choose from the following payment options in our shop:
PayPal
A PayPal account is required for payment via PayPal. Information and terms can be found at www.paypal.com.
Prepayment
The purchase amount plus shipping costs must be paid into the Linen Lounge account before delivery. The account number can be found in the imprint or the order confirmation via email. Order processing will only begin after receipt of the down payment. Linen Lounge reserves the right, in individual cases and within the framework of legal provisions, to exclude certain payment methods or to demand prepayment. The prices stated at the time of the order apply. Errors excepted. Please refer to the ‘Delivery and Shipping Costs’ section for any shipping costs.
The bank details will be displayed after the order process is completed.
