European organic linen

Linen bed linen allows the skin to breathe better. When it comes to our skin, linen is the perfect fabric. Due to its long, smooth fibers, linen absorbs a lot of moisture and repels dirt. Linen is an intelligent fabric because linen balances out temperatures. Linen keeps you pleasantly cool in summer and cozy and warm in winter. The long linen fibers ensure that linen bed linen stays fresh for much longer. The linen fabric has been treated purely mechanically and is therefore very supple and skin-friendly. Linen treated in this way wrinkles less and retains the naturalness and all the benefits of linen. Libeco is convinced of organic linen and unconditional sustainability in all production steps, so the creation of certified linen bed linen according to the GOTS standard was a logical next step.

Care Instructions

Colored linen can be washed up to 60°, white up to 95°. As with all materials, linen will last longer if washed at a lower temperature. What linen does not tolerate are detergents with optical brighteners, they bleach out the natural colors and the fabric becomes light. Creasing: Linen needs sufficient residual moisture so that it does not crease so much. Do not overload the machine so that the fabric can move, and do not spin linen too hard or for too long. If you want to iron linen, iron the items on the hot linen setting of your iron when they are still a little damp.
