The design is inspired by “The Belgian Towel”, but specifically conceived as table linen. Thanks to the durable canvas weave, this tablecloth can also be machine washed. It does not cover the entire table, so that both the piece of furniture and the beautiful linen tablecloth are shown to their best advantage. On the flax-colored background, there are two stripes of different widths in leather brown, blue and mustard yellow towards the ends. The fringed edges at both ends round off the design.”

Care Instructions

Colored linen can be washed up to 60°, white up to 95°. As with all materials, linen will last longer if washed at a lower temperature. What linen does not tolerate are detergents with optical brighteners, they bleach out the natural colors and the fabric becomes light Wrinkling: Linen needs sufficient residual moisture so that it does not wrinkle so much. Do not overload the machine so that the fabric can move, do not spin linen too hard or for too long. If you want to iron linen, iron the garments on the hot setting of your iron when they are still a little damp. Even if it is convenient: avoid drying linen in the dryer. Overdrying can cause it to shrink.
