The Cashmere de Luxe Summer Duvet by HEFEL is distinguished by outstanding heat retention. Cashmere duvets rank among the lightest natural hair duvets by thermal performance. The down hairs possess an unmatched softness and suppleness due to their fineness and the unique crimp of all natural hairs.

The HEFEL cashmere goats live at altitudes of up to 5,000 metres on the high plateaus of the Himalayan mountains. HEFEL processes their exquisite hair into dreamlike lightweight fillings for cashmere duvets. These extraordinary animals developed a hair coat that protects against cold like no other, in order to withstand the extreme living conditions of their homeland with temperatures down to -45°C. Cashmere goats are not shorn; instead, their very delicate down hair is hand-combed once a year. The yield from one goat is only 100 to 300 g. It is no wonder, then, that high-quality cashmere is very rare and very valuable.

HEFEL Cashmere de Luxe duvets ensure an ideal sleeping climate – especially for people with allergies. Although the duvet provides ideal warmth, the bed always feels pleasantly dry. This is achieved through the perfect combination of 70% cashmere and 30% virgin wool in the filling and TENCEL® in the fabric. A treat for sensitive skin.
