Cool Summer Duvet by HEFEL
The HEFEL Cool summer duvet carries PCM microcapsules on its underside. They cool actively and reduce sweating at night. Its filling of TENCEL Lyocell regulates moisture and supports that effect. The duvet has two faces, however. A cooling side meets the hottest nights, while a normal side suits cooler evenings. At around 140 grams, Cool adapts to whatever the summer night brings, and you decide with one turn.

A reversible idea from Austria
Cool comes from HEFEL in Austria, a family company that has gathered experience across generations. Within the summer range of the house, it is the reversible cooling duvet for hot nights. Yet the manufactory treats a technical piece like Cool no differently from silk or wool. It works one duvet at a time, because each one leaves the house only after a check. The BodyFit quilting brings Cool close to the body, so heat has nowhere to build up. Austrian bedding craft and a clever idea thus meet in the bedroom, with a single movement of the hand between them.

Description

Cool, a filling of TENCEL Lyocell

One turn is enough to change between the two sides. TENCEL Lyocell comes from wood cellulose, and the fibre manages moisture while it supports the PCM microcapsules in their work. On warm nights the duvet brings relief, as the filling also keeps dampness in check. Its cover of TENCEL Lyocell fabric lies gently on the skin and leads moisture away from the body. Cool therefore feels dry and light, so summer sleep stays restful. HEFEL builds it to last through many seasons. Cool sits within the HEFEL summer duvet collection, together with fillings of silk, wool and plant fibres.

Care

Cool takes a wash at 40 degrees and then goes into the tumble dryer. A turn in the dryer keeps the filling loose, so the duvet comes back as airy as before. Since it has passed dermatological testing, Cool also serves sensitive sleepers well. When you put it away, choose a place with fresh air, because that preserves its freshness. Then the duvet keeps its promise night after night: a cooler summer sleep.
