Down Outlast Proactive NexGen by HEFEL. Outlast® Proactive NexGen applies the innovative Outlast Xelerate technology as a delicate grid pattern directly onto HEFEL’s proprietary down fine cambric. Up to 30% higher thermal conductivity ensures less sweating and even more efficient temperature and moisture management. The Outlast® technology was originally developed for NASA and regulates the temperature and moisture balance. The new Heatspreader technology helps to transport and distribute heat away from the body.

The Xelerate Principle

The special natural wax equipped with the so-called Heatspreader reacts not only at the direct contact points but also in the surrounding areas. This means the heat-absorbing active surface is larger and the Xelerate material is up to 30% more effective. An innovative grid structure additionally distributes heat very quickly and efficiently, so that sweat production can be significantly reduced.
