Bed linen made from linen lets every skin breathe better – whether human or animal. When it comes to the skin and fur of our dogs, linen is the perfect fabric. Thanks to its long, smooth fibres, linen wicks away moisture effectively and repels dirt. Linen is an intelligent fabric, as it equalises temperatures. Linen provides pleasant coolness in summer and creates cosy warmth in winter. The long linen fibres ensure that linen fabric stays fresh for much longer. The linen fabric does not come into contact with chemicals at all; it is treated purely mechanically and is therefore supple and gentle on the skin. We guarantee this through the GOTS standard, which certifies our products made from European organic linen.

Care Instructions

Coloured linen can be washed at up to 60°C, white at up to 95°C. As with all materials, the same applies to linen: washing at lower temperatures extends its life. What linen cannot tolerate are detergents with optical brighteners – they bleach out the natural colours significantly and the fabric becomes pale. Creasing: linen needs sufficient residual moisture so that it does not crease too much. Do not overload the machine so that the fabric can move freely, and do not spin linen laundry too hard or too long. If you wish to iron linen, iron the pieces on the hot temperature setting of your iron while they are still slightly damp. Even though it may be convenient: avoid drying linen in the tumble dryer. Over-drying can cause shrinkage.
