All-Season Duvet
An all-season duvet replaces the summer and winter duvet with a single solution: warmth class 3, designed for bedroom temperatures between 18 and 20 °C. In most Central European bedrooms, that covers spring through autumn — and often winter too, when the heating is on. All all-season duvets at Linen Lounge are from Hefel and entirely made in Austria.

The key lies in the combination of fill and box-stitch construction. The fill regulates temperature in both directions: it warms on cool nights and transports excess heat away when it gets milder. The box-stitch construction prevents the fill material from shifting — ensuring warmth performance stays evenly distributed across the entire surface.
During nighttime temperature fluctuations — when it cools noticeably after midnight, for instance — a high-quality all-season duvet adapts gradually. This is an advantage: the body retains its warmth without abruptly breaking into a sweat. The transition is seamless, which is exactly what matters for uninterrupted sleep.
Down — light and warming. Summer down duvets are too thin for winter, winter duvets too warm for summer. All-season down duvets hit the middle: enough fill power for cool nights, enough breathability for warmer ones. The down duvets of the Alaska and Gold series come as all-season variants.
Virgin wool — temperature-balancing. Wool absorbs up to 33% of its own weight in moisture without feeling damp. The Wellness Zirbe series combines Merino virgin wool with Swiss stone pine flakes.
Cashmere — lightness and luxury. The Cashmere de Luxe all-season duvet combines 70% cashmere with 30% virgin wool — noticeably lighter than pure wool duvets at comparable warmth.
TENCEL® Lyocell — the easy-care alternative. The KlimaControl Comfort all-season duvet uses a fibre from wood pulp that absorbs 50% more moisture than cotton and is washable at 60 °C.

Durable
Linen bedding can be washed at low temperatures and becomes softer with each wash.
Breathable
Linen bedding keeps you pleasantly cool in summer and cozy warm in winter. Bedding for all seasons.
The all-season duvet is ideal for anyone who sleeps in a heated bedroom, has no extreme sensitivity to cold or heat, and wants to avoid the effort of a seasonal duvet change.
Those who feel very cold at night or sleep with the window open in winter are better served by a winter duvet in warmth class 4–5. Those who need a particularly light duvet in sultry summer nights will find the better solution in the summer duvet. All Hefel duvets are NOMITE-certified and therefore suitable for dust mite allergy sufferers.
Sizes: 135x200, 155x200, 155x220 and 200x200 cm — custom sizes on request.
Care: Follow the care label. TENCEL® duvets at 60 °C, down and wool professionally cleaned. No fabric softener. Do not store damp. Full care tips at Care & Durability.
