Montana Gold, a winter throw in linen and wool

Three fibres share this cloth: 27 per cent linen, 49 per cent wool and 24 per cent viscose. The wool warms, while the linen regulates, so you neither shiver nor overheat beneath it. A coarse Nm 28 yarn gives the weave its weight of 830 g/m². Over time the blend proves more hard-wearing than pure wool. It is also easier to look after, since the linen fibre repels dirt. Lay it over a sofa, across the foot of a bed or around your shoulders. You will find it among the Libeco throws collection, beside its grey Montana sibling.

Care

Montana Gold asks for a calm hand on washing day, guided above all by its care label. With wool as the largest share of the blend, cool water and a soft cycle suit it well. Leave out detergents with optical brighteners, because they pale the gold and the olive. Once washed, the throw dries best spread flat and never in the tumble dryer. In return, it keeps its weight and its warmth for many winters to come.
