Bio Timber All-Season Duvet by HEFEL
Wood is the quiet source of the Bio Timber all-season duvet from HEFEL. Its filling consists of 100 per cent TENCEL lyocell, spun from wood cellulose. The fibre adapts to the climate around it and carries moisture away. An untreated organic cotton fabric, hand-picked and made to the GOTS standard, encloses it. From spring until deep winter, Bio Timber keeps the body at an even temperature.

Wood fibre and organic cotton
Bio Timber is the medium-weight wood fibre duvet of the HEFEL organic line. Its maker is an Austrian family company that has gathered experience over several generations. The wood for the fibre comes from certified cultivation, and production remains CO2-neutral. Individual making counts for a great deal here, since HEFEL checks each duvet by hand. With its BodyFit quilting, Bio Timber adjusts to the body and avoids pockets of heat. So the diligence of a family business arrives in the bedroom with a clear ecological conscience.

Description

Wood fibre for Bio Timber

The BodyFit quilting spreads the lyocell evenly, and the duvet suits allergy sufferers. Under Bio Timber the sleeping climate stays balanced the whole year. Its cover feels pleasant on the skin, while it moves moisture away without fuss. The duvet therefore rests lightly and settles around the body without weighing on it. Since the organic cotton receives no chemical treatment, the fabric keeps its natural character. Looked after well, Bio Timber lasts many years, so it repays the choice. It belongs to the HEFEL all-season duvets, where it represents the organic line.

Care

Bio Timber goes into the wash at 40 degrees. Afterwards, the tumble dryer can take over, which keeps the filling loose. Dermatologically tested, the duvet also suits sensitive sleepers. Keep it in an airy spot while it rests in the cupboard, because that preserves its volume. Given this modest attention, Bio Timber remains a reliable duvet for a long time.
