Flax fibre absorbs up to 35% of its own weight in moisture without feeling damp — this makes linen fabrics particularly skin-friendly and suitable for people with allergies or eczema. The material is also durable, easy to care for and becomes softer with every wash.
Unlike smooth cotton, which can feel clinical in white, linen brings warmth and character through its natural grain — even in pure white. The characteristic, slightly creased look is deliberate: it signals authenticity and relaxed elegance.

Vieböck processes exclusively organic linen from certified organic farming, Schlitzer Leinen has been weaving in central Hesse for over 400 years. Libeco in Belgium, Leitner Leinen in Austria and Hoffmann in Saxony complete the range.

Care and Sizes

Coloured linen bed linen can be washed at up to 60 °C, white linen at 95 °C. No fabric softener needed — linen softens naturally. The material becomes more beautiful with age, never thinner.
Six standard sizes: 135x200, 155x220, 160x210, 200x200, 200x220 and 220x240. Plus pillowcases, fitted sheets and bedspreads.
